She also provided funding to support founders building businesses that can positively impact local and global economies. Prior to Antler, Carine worked as a Strategic Program Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where she drove projects of diverse nature, including change management strategic planning, operational excellence, daily operations, communication, and business management within Asia Pacific Medical Affairs. She led cross-therapeutic area management activities in partnership with Therapeutic Area Leads, drove the business planning process within and cross-functions such as finance, strategic marketing, market access, and with Vice Presidents for Company Group Chairman, among other responsibilities. Carine holds a Master of Business Administration degree from NUS Business School, where she specialized in startups and venture capital. She also holds non-degree certifications in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Università Bocconi, Product Management Bootcamp from General Assembly, and Strategic Management Executive Program from National University of Singapore. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Malaya.
