Chad Stewart is a Full Stack Engineer with over six years of experience in the field. He is also the Founder of TechIsHiring, an organization that helps connect great jobs with great developers. Chad is also an eSports Athlete and a 10+ year veteran of the Fighting Game Community. Chad is passionate about technology and video games. He believes that the skills he has learned playing competitive games have complemented his ability to develop software. Chad is driven by his love for technology and video games and is always looking for new challenges to help him grow in the software engineering profession. Throughout his career, Chad has achieved several notable accomplishments. He built a space on Twitter called TechIsHiring, which has over 300 community members and has found those members jobs in the tech industry. He also facilitated a brand new revenue stream for a company by utilizing the elastic stack to facilitate the searching, analysis, and visualization of business metrics acquired from multiple sources. Chad has worked for several companies, including tfob (2021) limited, where he currently works as a Software Engineer. He has also worked for Ingenuity Technologies Limited as a Frontend Engineer. While on assignment at National Commercial Bank Jamaica, Chad took part in the launch of five products for the Credit Card Web Portal, a highly scalable web application built in React, Redux, Material UI, Sass, and Springboot that has signed up over 1000+ new credit card accounts. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Interactive Media from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Chad's technical skills include AWS, Software Engineering, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web, Search, Frontend, Redux, Integration, UI, Test, and Spring Boot. Chad is always looking for new opportunities to contribute to projects that solve interesting problems or problems in an interesting way.
