Currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Airbase, Chaitanya is responsible for managing the engineering team and driving the development of fintech solutions. Chaitanya's expertise lies in the areas of payment processing, merchant experience, and global API platforms. He has worked with Paysafe in the past, where he served as the Head of Engineering and Senior Manager of Development. As the Head of Engineering, he was responsible for the delivery of multiple work streams and solutions for strategic initiatives. This included US Payment Processing, Merchant Experience, and Global API Platform - Single API for digital wallets, prepaid instruments, and card processing. As a Senior Manager of Development, he was a technical mentor and responsible for the delivery of multiple teams working on group-wide platform functionalities using microservice architecture and big data technologies. Chaitanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has a strong tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, Big Data, and Microservices.
