Chaitanya Tanikella is a seasoned product leader with over 13 years of experience in managing multiple products in both B2C and B2B space. He has diverse experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, big data, and data analytics domains. Chaitanya is a strong stakeholder manager who can wear multiple hats and has a good understanding of all aspects of technology and data science. He has managed the Makemytrip's mobile web platform, which is built on Google's PWA technology, to come up with the ideal UX for the platform with respect to all channels SEO/ SEM/ Display/ Meta, resulting in a 2X jump in flights and hotels conversion rate with the launch of PWA. Chaitanya has worked on product conceptualization, customer discovery, product market fit, launch strategy, product design, marketing, analytics, and shipping of the products. He has also worked on ad tech products Engage Enterprise, which was the data and marketing analytics platform for enterprise companies, and achieved great success with the Dynamic lead scoring feature, which gave the first paid client for this product. Chaitanya is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at MiQ, where he has defined and launched the internal products that can help MiQ make higher revenue and gross profit per trader by easing the key steps in the campaign lifecycle. He has collaborated with key internal trading stakeholders at every step of product development for scoping, validation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and launch while working externally with individual DSP stakeholders from Appnexus, Google DV360, The Tradedesk to stay on top of market offerings. He has launched automated campaign setup, which helps the traders save 15% of their day-to-day while ensuring a data-driven approach to deliver the best performance on campaigns from day 1. Chaitanya has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aerospace from IIT-Madras.
