Chaitra Hebbar is a dedicated professional with 5.86 years of experience in manual and automation testing in mobile applications. She is currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at twid, where she is responsible for designing testing strategies for long maintenance. Chaitra has extensive experience in testing high scalable systems and has a good knowledge of training resources for QA. Prior to her current role, Chaitra worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Quick Ride, where she gained functional understanding of the mobile and web application. She was responsible for designing test cases by analyzing functional and business requirements and owning complete responsibility of E2E testing of the Quick Ride app. Chaitra was involved in different stages of testing such as functional, regression, and sanity testing, as well as defect logging, verification, and reporting. She reviewed requirements and identified use cases, defined test scenarios, and assigned them to test members for test case writing. Chaitra also reviewed test cases of each use case, integrated and validated test cases, and corrected them. She reviewed test cases failure and bug tracking of failed test cases to closure with quality. Chaitra conducted exploratory tests of use cases for completeness and achievement of test quality, E2E testing of the application, and confirmed for deployment. She monitored the production issues and tracked them to closure, and prepared RCA reports for leak bugs. Chaitra holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from SGS BCA BBA College Bhatkal, which she earned in 2016. Her tech stack includes QA, test, mobile, SDET, integration, and web.
