Chaitra is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Dover India, where she leads a team of software engineers and oversees the development and delivery of software solutions. She is highly passionate about talent building and culture and has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Prior to joining Dover India, Chaitra served as a Senior Manager of QE at Altisource and as a Manager of Software Development Engineering at Cisco. In these roles, she gained extensive experience in project management, software development, quality engineering, partner engagement, team management, hiring, IOT, and test automation. Chaitra holds a B.E. in Telecommunication from Bangalore University, where she gained a strong foundation in software engineering, SDET, and testing. She has a deep understanding of the tech stack and is highly skilled in software development and testing.
