Chakra has successfully led multiple digital transformation initiatives leveraging technology, cloud, and data analytics in BFSI, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors. He has delivered results by leveraging data and technology in areas such as digital, customer, risk, fraud, distribution, and operations. He has a deep understanding of strategy, digital, marketing, customer, data science, technology, cloud, big data, scaled agile, product management, software engineering, and delivery. Chakra is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has global experience in strategy, consulting, project management, data analytics, and technology roles. He has the ability to build high-performing teams and collaborate with partners/fintechs to deliver innovative solutions. Chakra's expertise and interest lie in AWS, AI, ML, search, big data, data scientist, web, product manager, and senior software engineer. He has worked with Tata in the past, where he served as the Head of Digital & Analytics, Data Science, Customer CoE, and Industry Relations, and as the VP of Strategy & Digital Transformation, PMO, Big Data, BIU, and Innovation. He has also pursued a Graduate Data Science Certification from the University of Michigan.
