Chamandeep Singh is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with over 5 years of experience in the banking and healthcare industries. He is currently working as a Management Intern at Saraff Infotech Co. Ltd., where he is leading the development of a Jobs portal for the Thailand market. In this role, Chamandeep is responsible for managing daily communication with the technical team for feature updates, providing weekly reports to the management, and understanding the Thailand Job Market. He has gained hands-on experience in multi-sided platform development from scratch, which has enhanced his skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving. Prior to this, Chamandeep worked as a Management Intern at ICICI Bank, where he evaluated cross-selling opportunities to Mortgage customers during the loan life-cycle and devised a mechanism for effective cross-selling. He identified and provided a mechanism to execute four cross-selling opportunities at various stages of customer interaction and provided recommendations for effective marketing at branches. During his tenure, Chamandeep gained a deep understanding of the loan life cycle, identification and execution of cross-selling opportunities, and effective marketing strategies. Chamandeep has also worked at Health Care at Home India, where he managed sprints for product development of the Patient Care System.
