Chanchal Datta is a highly experienced IT professional with over 16 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. As the Head of Quality Assurance at arshil llc, he is responsible for leading various QA and automation initiatives, including setting up QA processes and conducting performance reviews. Chanchal has extensive experience in cloud infrastructure testing and automating infrastructure tests using Inspec/AWS Spec. He has also worked on Selenium Python and Java automation, as well as REST and SOAP API testing and API automation testing using the Karate automation framework. In addition, he has experience in API and UI load testing using Gatling. As a project coordinator, Chanchal has led cross-functional teams to define project functionality for web platforms. He has also led process improvement efforts, monitored and ensured adherence to new testing standards and procedures, and coordinated with management and customers over test progress, results, issues, and risk assessment.
