Chanchal is a dynamic strategist who is highly adaptable to the current trends of disruptive technologies and is dedicated to creating a smarter workforce by encouraging and supporting non-status quo thinking, therefore improving sustainability in this ever-changing domain. He has experience in managing more than 40 cross-country team members in the UK, Europe, US, and India, and has good experience in handling cross-functional areas like HR, sales, marketing, training, and technology delivery. Chanchal is the Founder and Director of DataQua9t, a company that empowers businesses by supporting them with overall technology needs like product development, data engineering, machine learning, business analysis, QA, and DevOps. DataQua9t specializes in modern data stacks like Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, Preset, Looker, etc., and helps clients build infrastructure in a day. Chanchal has co-authored two books, "Building Data Streaming Application with Apache Kafka" and "Mastering Hadoop 3," and is an organizer and speaker at Meetups and Open Source Community Contributor. He has expertise in architecture design for products, big data, and microservices, and has co-architected and built Eagle, a Datametica product from scratch. Chanchal has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Amity University, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
