Chandan Kumar is a seasoned Staff R&D Software Quality Engineer with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of quality assurance and automation development. He is highly skilled in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Solaris, and VMWare ESX/ESXi, and has extensive experience in protocol and feature testing of storage networking. Chandan is proficient in testing technologies such as SDLC, STLC, manual testing, and automation, and has a good understanding of scripting languages including PERL scripting, batch scripting, shell scripting, and Python. He has worked on the development of automation frameworks for feature testing and is responsible for end-to-end testing of products and features. Chandan has a proven track record of working with QA management tools such as ALM (Quality Center), Rational ClearQuest, and BURT (NetApp internal tool), as well as lab and code management tools. He has experience coordinating with development teams and off-site peer teams and has a general understanding of identifying and setting up testing environments.
