Chandan Patralekh is a highly experienced Tribe Leader in Lifecycle Management currently working at Kyndryl. With almost 20 years of relevant experience, Chandan is involved in various aspects of planning, service delivery, project management, escalation management, P1 handling, leading automation efforts, RCA preparation, monthly client presentations, weekly operational metrics reviews, compliance management, weekly problem management meetings with customers, daily meetings on P1, P2, and P3 incidents received in the last 24 hours, and tracking and managing server build activities, while enforcing ITIL methodologies. He also took care of security and compliance-related audits, led daily recovery management calls for Intel domain for the team, presented the team in monthly management meetings on SLA and other metrics, drove automation, and worked on incident count reduction. Chandan's total savings of US$250,000 penalty by doing RCA and pushing it to the right team was recognized, and he was acknowledged as the go-to man for any RCA within the Wintel Space. Chandan has also worked as a Principal Consultant at DXC Technology, where he worked on tools related to event correlation and analysis as well as application performance management. He was involved in setting up SCOM 2007 for monitoring of events, CPU, RAM, and virtual memory utilization in an environment consisting of Active Directory, Windows servers, Biztalk servers, web servers, websites, Sharepoint, and Exchange servers.
