Chandra Prakash is an analytically-driven leader with expertise in using AI in FinTech lending for identity fraud detection. He is currently an Advisor, Angel Investor, and Strategic Leader with a focus on Anti-Financial Crimes, Anti-Money Laundering, Identity Fraud Prevention, FinTech, and Entrepreneurship. Chandra is also an avid golfer. Chandra is currently working at Jumio as the Head of Customer Success, where he is solving the Anti-Money Laundering industry across EMEA and APAC. He is a subject matter expert in AML and Customer Due Diligence, helping customers with their business use cases through transaction monitoring and screening, customers' risk rating, data verification, sanctions and screening, and incidents case management. In addition to leading the team, internal processes and improvements, customer success and solutions, consultancy, and accounts book, Chandra is also leading the customer success team in EMEA and APAC regions. Chandra has previously worked at Seer as an Advisor, where he provided AI and technical advisory services. He has also worked at HyperVerge Inc. as the Regional Head of Solutions Architect and Customer Success. At HyperVerge, Chandra headed a team of 20+ members to collaborate with business stakeholders and architect solutions to fix high revenue leakages and increase backchannel operational efficiency. He also led solution architect and support teams for 75+ clients across 5 APAC markets and helped clients understand complex technologies and solutions in business language. Chandra holds a B-Tech (Hons) degree in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University. He has relevant experience of 8.44 years and is proficient in AI and Senior Software Engineering. Chandra is passionate about partnerships, client retention, long-term clients' relations, and being a one-stop tech consultant.
