Currently, Chandral is a Technical Support Engineer at zyte, where he monitors web crawlers built with Scrapy in Sentry, investigates issues for failed crawlers, and raises tickets for the development team to fix the issues. He also develops monitors with Spidermon framework for Scrapy spiders to ensure reliability and creates technical and process documentation for the team. In the past, Chandral has worked as a Python Developer at digital trinity, where he built asset management and tracking solutions for telecom providers. He also automated communication between devices with web-sockets over TLS/SSL, built API endpoints in Flask to serve data to the client, built remote monitoring of hardware with Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), and built a GIS application prototype for agro-finance. He has also worked as an L1 Support Engineer at GFI Software, where he provided 360* technical support for email server, hardware/software firewall, and IPBX systems, worked one-on-one with customers to help them succeed with the product, learned multiple products at the same time, and created technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
