Chandrasekar Jayabharathy is a Principal Engineer at NatWest Group with over 13 years of experience in designing and developing web-based distributed systems in Java. He is highly proficient in Java, Design Patterns, OOAD, and Microservices, and moderately proficient in Spring, Nosql, and MQ. He has prior experience in AWS, Docker, Linux, postgresql, and Oracle, and is familiar with Hadoop and Go language. Chandrasekar is passionate about learning and creating, and thrives when he gets to work with interesting people to build great things. He is currently envisioning multiple projects, prototyping them, presenting them to leadership, and providing oversight till production implementation at NatWest Group. Before joining NatWest Group, Chandrasekar worked as a Senior Software Engineer (DV2) at ASG Technologies, where he was the Tech Lead of the Content Management System. He was involved in designing and developing server-side APIs and adapters for the frontend clients and multiple back-end systems. He worked closely with other groups like product, business analyst, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout delivery of solutions. He also created the technical design specifications for document processing applications and mentored and supported other members of the team to assist in completing tasks and meet objectives. Chandrasekar has also worked as a Technical Lead at Encore, where his core areas of responsibilities included analysis, design, development, and quality control of large scale applications and Java Restful services. Chandrasekar holds an MS in Software System from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a BE in Electrical and Electronic from Annamalai University.
