Chandresh B. is a Senior Engineering Manager at Byju's, with over 8 years of relevant experience in building technology solutions for the next 400+ million Indians coming online. He is currently focused on creating ed-tech solutions for the new generation of India at WhiteHatJr. Chandresh brings in the experience of creating simplified tech solutions for rural and uneducated Indians using Machine Learning, Webrtc, and Blockchain to create web 2.0, 3.0, and mobile applications. Chandresh has a diverse background, having worked with companies like WhiteHat Jr and Karyamitr in the past. At WhiteHat Jr, he was responsible for leading the in-class experience for WhiteHat Jr and ByjusFutureSchool. He re-architected the entire in-class platform from Whereby to raw webrtc implementation, migrated 15k Teacher's to the new platform, and improved class completion by 25%. He also transformed the in-class module into a platform, which now facilitates new course launches in 3-4 weeks instead of 4-5 months as earlier. At Karyamitr, he was the Co-founder and Head of Technology. KaryaMitr.com is a vernacular tech platform being built to skill, assess, verify and hire blue & grey collared workforce. The vision is to improve the livelihood of 400+ million blue & grey collared workers/work seekers by connecting them with 50+ million employers in India. Chandresh has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Engineering and Information Technology. He also has an Undergraduate degree from Sacred Heart Convent High School. Chandresh has a strong tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, Blockchain, ML, Mobile, Web, and test.
