Chandresh Patel is an Agility Coach and CEO of Bacancy, a software and product development company. With over 23 years of relevant experience, he has empowered more than 100 organizations to rethink agility and implement solutions that enable insightful decision-making, transforming the way their people and processes work towards delivering early business value. As an Agile Coach, Chandresh is proud to have built Bacancy from a project management training experiment to an organization of 800+ bright minds in less than a decade. He is responsible for instigating, planning, integrating, and implementing the organization's strategic orientation. Chandresh's expertise lies in growth mindset and leadership, agile training and coaching, business agility, product development, and understanding of Scrum and Kanban. He holds a certification in Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University. Prior to his current role, Chandresh has worked as a ScrumMaster Trainer at Indiabulls and Agile/Scrum/Lean Trainer at Microsoft. He has conducted various training programs like ScrumMaster Training (2 Days), Agile/Scrum/Kanban Training (1 Day), and Agile Introduction Training (1 Day).
