Charan H U is an Applied AI Engineer with a passion for math, programming, AI, data science, and books. He graduated from SDM Institute of Technology, Ujire, Mangalore, in 2021, with a degree in Information Science. Charan is highly interested in applying machine learning to real-world problems and has experience with data analysis and building cloud-based and non-cloud-based solutions. He is currently a Trainee Software Engineer at Tietoevry, where he is working on developing a Voice-Enabled On-Demand Dashboard, which allows users to access and analyze data from various sources using natural language. He is also working on a Recommender System for Insurance Policy, where he used the XGBoost algorithm to develop the system and trained the model on large datasets of customer data to improve its accuracy and relevance. Charan has technical skills in cloud services, Python packages, machine learning, ensemble models, clustering models, deep learning, operating systems, NLP skills, languages, monitoring, documentation tools, and BI tools. He is proficient in Python/Django Framework, C#/.NET Framework, C++, C, Java, Angular, SQL, Git/GitHub, Jira, Agile, Azure DevOps, Numpy, Pandas, Ensembles, Azure Cloud Services, and AWS Cloud Services. Charan is also an internet content creator and freelancer. He shares his knowledge of AI and machine learning through his YouTube channels and Medium blogs. Charan has worked as a Full Stack Developer at Dlithe, where he developed a responsive Angular Insurance Web Application. He was responsible for giving support to the application, fixing bugs with proper unit testing, and working with the team to build individual modules. Charan has also completed an Applied AI course, where he learned Natural Language Processing and its algorithms, Machine Learning and its algorithms, Deep Learning and its algorithms, and statistical techniques. He completed a self-case study and assignments to apply his knowledge and learned how to deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Heroku, and Google Cloud Platform. Charan has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science and Engineering from SDM Institute of Technology, Ujire.
