He has successfully carried out various roles in the software industry and has a consistent longing to learn, develop, innovate and contribute to the fullest. Charles is currently working in DellEMC Engineering group and has played a key role in developing Test strategies for PowerPath (Multipathing Software) features & New Technologies across various OS platforms. He is also playing an instrumental role in ceaseless advancement of Test Quality, Optimization, Traceability, Automation strategy, Test process improvisation, Introducing Testing methodologies, Mentoring Team, and Customer defect triaging. Charles has expertise in Quality Engineering skills, SAN, Storage array such as PMAX/PowerStore/XIO/Unity/VPLEX etc, various Operating System flavors, Virtualization Technologies, Protocols such as SCSI, NVME, FC, iSCSI, and troubleshooting skills. He is also a co-inventor in 11 granted patents and over 15+ patent applications filed with USPTO, which are waiting for patent approval. Prior to joining Dell, Charles worked as a Network Engineer at Tech Mahindra and Jr Network Engineer at Peak XV Networks. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathidasan University. Charles is highly skilled in the tech stack of testing and has relevant experience of 18.03 years. He is a proficient team player and has excellent communication and leadership skills.
