Charlie Judy is an accomplished HR executive with a diverse background in accounting, technology entrepreneurship, and HR leadership. He has worked with some of the world's most prominent organizations and has lived and worked in various global locations, including Chicago, New Orleans, New York, St. Louis, Brussels, Belgium, and Hyderabad, India. Charlie believes that traditional management practices should be banished, and only organizations that are willing to do so will excel in the future of work. Charlie is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer (CHRO) at Intelligent Medical Objects, a world-class healthcare technology company. He leads a team that collaborates with the entire organization in managing culture and the employee experience, which attracts, connects, and advances a world-class workforce passionate about making a difference in healthcare. Charlie has also founded WorkXO, a cloud-based workplace culture management platform, which was purchased by QuestionPro in 2018. He led an amazing team of people-analytics fanatics who nurtured the Workforce platform. Workforce is a combination of employee journey, engagement, and culture surveys along with customized dashboard analytics, a branded portal for management access, and expert facilitation throughout. Charlie believes that companies that intentionally monitor and actively manage employee experience out-recruit, out-retain, and outperform every single day. Before joining Intelligent Medical Objects, Charlie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where he led a national group of talent management, talent acquisition, talent development, and talent operations professionals in delivering on the value proposition relevant to and created meaningful impact for the firm's 2,500 partners and employees. He was also an adviser to the Office of the CEO while collaborating with the firm's Leadership Team in designing, building, and implementing the talent strategy that supported Baker Tilly's vision. Charlie is a graduate of Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, a CPA, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP. He also holds a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University's ILR School. Charlie's relevant experience is 19.61 years.
