He was also an adviser to the Office of the CEO while collaborating with the firm's Leadership Team in designing, building, and implementing the talent strategy that supported Baker Tilly's vision. Charlie is a graduate of Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, a CPA, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP. He also holds a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University's ILR School.
