Charlotte Meikle is a Tech Sourcing Associate Lead at Google with over 9 years of relevant experience. She is currently based in Bangalore and Hyderabad and leads the Staffing Channels team that hires Software Engineers for various domains including Android/iOS, Fullstack, Machine Learning, Security, Big Data/Cloud/Databases/Analytics/Storage. Charlotte is passionate about connecting talented individuals with their dream careers and feels fortunate to do so for Google APAC. She enjoys discovering the next best technical talent interested in joining the Google family. Charlotte is always on the lookout for future Googlers and encourages them to get in touch. Prior to her current role, Charlotte was a Staffing Channels Specialist for Google APAC. Her mission was to find the world's best technical talent and connect them with opportunities within Google's software engineering teams. She was focused on hiring the best Android Software Engineers in India. Before joining Google, Charlotte worked as a Senior Tech Recruiter at Phaidon International. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and also completed her A Levels in History, English Literature, and Psychology from St. Leonards Sixth Form College. Charlotte's tech stack includes Android, Big Data, Machine Learning, iOS, and Software Engineering. She is part of the amazing Staffing Channels team at Google that gets to do awesome stuff every day.
