Charlotte Rayer is a Lead Data Analyst at Doctolib, the leading ehealth company in Europe. Doctolib aims to make healthcare systems more human, efficient, and connected, and to build a company of several thousand people sharing the same humanist values. Doctolib offers doctors and hospitals a software solution with a full range of services to help improve the efficiency of their operations, provide their patients with a more seamless experience, find new patients, and collaborate with other doctors. Doctolib also offers more transparent access to healthcare for patients by providing a full-suite of online services to manage their health. As a senior data analyst, Charlotte helped create a data team that scaled from 1 to 20+ people in a single year. She contributed to the setting up of Doctolib's data stack and the elaboration of their datamarts. Charlotte mainly works on the product, hand in hand with product managers and developers, helping to make the right decisions about product developments. She leads the BMS (Booking Management System) part of product data analysis. Charlotte has worked at Doctolib as a Data Analyst and Operations Intern. As the first data analyst at Doctolib, she worked hand in hand with product managers and developers to make the best decisions about Doctolib's products development. She also supported demands from all other teams in the company. As an Operations Intern, Charlotte supported Doctolib's Head of medical secretary service in her strategic and operational projects. She elaborated new processes and new tools for Doctolib's operations department to match evolving strategies. Charlotte managed Doctolib's 15-medical secretary team and guided the evolution of its performance. She faced daily challenges of a fast-growing startup environment, including crisis situations. Charlotte has an Engineer's Degree from CentraleSupélec, a Master's Degree in Technology and Innovation Management from UNSW Australia, and a Baccalauréat from Lycée Henri IV. She has 6.68 years of relevant experience.
