Chava Raghunath is a business leader, IT DevOps and SRE expert, IoT specialist, motivational speaker, startup founder, and entrepreneur with more than 22 years of relevant experience. Currently, she is the Founder of r c agri farms (agri tech), an initiative to scale up agri-tech with various crops research, production, resource management, farming, conservation, ranching, and sales. Chava has a significant understanding of end consumers and their priorities, which helps her plan production accordingly. She is a strategic business leader who reinvents processes as the company scales up in production and end-user buying behavior. Chava is also experienced in tooling and automation, both mechanical and information from huge IoT data, etc. She dives deep into finding factual errors/mistakes and takes appropriate action in terms of improvement plans based on risk levels. Prior to her current role, Chava worked as the Head of Cloud Infrastructure IaaS-UNIX and Deputy Head of Infrastructure Servers, Storages & Backup, Corporate and Investment Banking at Societe Generale. In her tenure at Societe Generale, Chava was responsible for designing and implementing the firm’s huge scale global Virtualization infrastructure. She was involved in evaluation, certification, integration, and maintenance of numerous products, including hardware, hypervisor platform, the Linux OS platform, system configuration, critical infrastructure services, high availability products, and virtualization management. Chava partnered with business units to redefine "how we do business" in ever more global by aligning to dynamic financial markets. She provided open-source-based platforms to customers and allowed them to run applications in a full CI/CD model using DevOps & SRE. Chava has a diploma in computer engineering from the State Board of Technical Education of AP, India, an MBA in IT & Project Management from the India School of Business Management & Administration, and a business administration and management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Chava's tech stack includes SRE, DevOps, infra, research scientist, CI/CD, and integration.
