Chayan Mehta is an enthusiastic and full-of-life Engineering Lead in Test at Unacademy. Currently, Chayan is a Senior SDET at Unacademy, where he is responsible for Android App (ReactJS) automation and web automation using Cucumber and Junit. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in SDET, testing, Android, ReactJS, iOS, Selenium, and SQL. Prior to his current role, Chayan worked as an SDET at Unacademy, where he worked on the Android and iOS app. He also worked as a Software Test Engineer at Amazon, where he prepared test strategies, designed test plans, and monitored test execution. He was responsible for creating test suites and test runs, identifying defects, and determining root causes analysis and logging them with test evidences. He also worked with Selenium Webdriver and had good knowledge of SQL. Chayan earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, in 2014. He also holds a High School degree in Science from St. Paul's Senior Secondary School. Chayan is a skilled professional with a passion for learning and growth.
