Chethan Manja is a seasoned product leader with over 16 years of experience in all stages of product development, from inception to launch, GTM, and beyond. As the Senior Director of Product Management at LeadSquared, Chethan is responsible for leading product management and market-facing product strategy teams. He is a people person who can align teams and stakeholders to a single vision and execute complex projects in chaotic environments. Chethan has held senior leadership positions in several companies, including Yubi, where he served as the Senior Director of Product Management and the Director of Product Management. At Yubi, Chethan was instrumental in running several org-wide initiatives and owned the charter for their marketplace products. He championed OKR setting and standardized OKR processes to help the company become outcome-driven. He also anchored PRD, BRD templatization, and design principles to bring rigor into their product thinking. Chethan put down the marketplace vision with a detailed breakdown of goals and possible initiatives to create a 12-18 month product roadmap. He led the NPS measurement and improvement initiatives across the organization. Chethan owned the entire marketplace experience for "borrowers/originators" and "lenders/investors," helping them discover the right products and prospects and simplifying the overall journey of value discovery and delivery. He led a team of PMs spread across 5 PODs - Growth & Onboarding, Investor Experience, Borrower Experience, and Core Platforms. Chethan has won several awards, including Dream Team of the Year, "Team First" value award, Brand Ambassador, and King of Positivity voted by peers. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University and completed an Executive General Management Programme in Product Strategy and General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Chethan's tech stack includes product management, mobile, research scientist, parts-of-speech, and product designer.
