Chhagan Mathuriya is a highly skilled software engineer with 9.86 years of experience in software development and testing. He is currently a Member of Technical Staff at ThoughtSpot, where he specializes in automated functional and security testing of REST APIs, web, and mobile applications using OWASP ZAP with Web driver and Appium. Chhagan has a strong background in writing Selenium Webdriver test cases using java binding, employing Page object and Page Factory patterns for web application. He is also proficient in manual and automated testing of Android browser and native applications using Appium. Chhagan has set up Jenkins – Continuous build integration server for executing Selenium 2 tests in headless browser mode on Amazon EC2 instances. Chhagan has excelled in using git version control system and has developed tools to automate the source code review process, functional and security testing processes for mobile and web applications. Apart from his professional work, Chhagan is equally active in social work. Along with his villagers, he started an NGO - “Village Development & Awareness Committee, Sarali” in 2011, which assists villagers to understand government policies and get benefits from those.
