Chhanak Agarwal is a passionate DevOps Engineer currently working at Dhwani Rural Information Systems. With a strong interest in cloud technology, he is a DevOps practitioner and a cloud enthusiast. Chhanak's primary goal is to follow his passion in software development while teaming up with like-minded individuals to create products that have a significant impact on the future of science and technology. Before joining Dhwani Rural Information Systems, Chhanak worked as a DevOps Engineer at Avaya, where he was involved in automation projects revolving around cloud communication. He developed automation solutions for manual tasks in customer engagement applications and was a member of the AES team, where he developed an automated tool that builds and loads the hotfix libraries on AES for testing, using Linux, Bash, Expect, ANT, and Make. Chhanak also designed an automated tool that installs the Service Packs and LSUs to the AES without any human interaction using different technologies such as Unix Scripting, expect scripting, and Jenkins. Chhanak's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University and a high school diploma in PCM from the Central Board of Secondary Education. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management from NMIMS, which he expects to complete in 2024. Chhanak's technical skills include DevOps, software engineering, testing, and Jenkins. He has relevant experience of 0.85 years, and he is always looking for opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of DevOps.
