Chi-Hao Tseng is a skilled Full Stack Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. He is a graduating student in Information System with a strong research background in Information Management and Finance from National Chiao Tung University. He has also completed an Exchange Program at the National University of Singapore - Business School. Chi-Hao has experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at NXP Semiconductors, where he developed a Python solution that automates and integrates various tasks across four different platforms. He also led a six-month inventory analysis project and conducted a corporate-wide project for developing solutions using the process mining tool, Celonis. At the University of Maryland, he is currently collaborating with Dr. Shapiro to enhance learning tools for students to simulate project management scenarios, funded by the 2022 Teaching & Learning Grant Award to create better interactive experiences. He is managing full stack development for a web-based PM simulation system, integrating JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, and CSS with node.js and React.js infrastructures. Chi-Hao is skilled in Python, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), Server Administration, Celonis (Processing Mining Tool), Git, Unix, and C. He also has experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Swift, Java, C++, and VBA. His Tech Stack includes SQL, Javascript, product manager, Python, Research Scientist, MySQL, Web, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, and Swift. Chi-Hao is a Terrapin Scholar and a recipient of the National Chiao Tung University FinTech Scholarship and the International ICT Innovative Services Awards 2016 – 1st Place. He has also worked as a Financial Analyst Intern with JihSun Futures.
