Chidambaram Kulasekar is a highly experienced engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the Head of Engineering and R&D for PCS India at Carl Zeiss, where he is responsible for building engineering capability and leading engineering management for distributed systems in semiconductor process control solutions. Prior to his current role, Chidambaram worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in two different roles. In his first role, he architected and built a scalable, data-driven distributed system for managing the full lifecycle of the company's infrastructure products. This platform became the global orchestration engine for provisioning infrastructure products and operating system platforms. In his second role, he was responsible for the development of a thin-client end-user facing application that ran on all 35,000+ endpoints in Goldman Sachs. He played a major role in supporting the Windows solution and architecting and designing the full-stack of the new solution. Chidambaram holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College. He is skilled in microservices and has a track record of success and thought leadership.
