Chidananda Sridhar is an experienced engineering manager with a passion for developing and managing multimillion-dollar, mission-critical projects. He has worn multiple hats in his career, including Senior Software Engineer, Architect, and now Engineering Manager. Currently, Chidananda works as an Engineering Manager at Atlassian, leading the JIRA Service Management (JSM) Team. Prior to this, he worked as an Engineering Manager at Razorpay, where he led the UPI & NetBanking backend teams and scaled the platform with 4 9's Availability to support 7x revenue growth. He also worked at Oracle as a Software Engineering Manager, where he designed data pipelines on AWS & Oracle Cloud using Apache Spark for the Rev-Rec (Revenue Recognition) and developed a Java library called “Metis” that is being used across projects in Oracle. Chidananda has a strong educational background, with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also holds a Software Security Foundations Certificate from Stanford University.
