Chinmay Gore is an analytical and organized Software Engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the field. He is adaptive to new technologies and environments, and his areas of interest include cloud, machine learning, data visualization, and big data. Currently, Chinmay is working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, where he is a part of the Advanced Analytics team responsible for enabling data scientists and analysts to delegate computations outside of Tableau. He has also contributed to the development of analytics extensions API and TabPy at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, Chinmay worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware, where he was responsible for performance analytics, design and development of relocation service and migration service impacting 1000+ organizations, automated onboarding of thousands of computes, storage and network from private and public cloud, and automated migration solution for infrastructure and deployment components to latest vRA. He has also developed a full stack for migration report module to aid users analyze migrated data. Before joining VMware, Chinmay worked as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University, where he worked on various projects such as a United Nations project, thesis research, classification of stream of tweets and Facebook posts using natural language processing methods, and crawlers and parsers to gather texts and images. He also developed indexing the data and maintaining ETL data pipeline on the stream of tweets. Chinmay holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His tech stack includes Software Engineer, Big Data, infra, ML, AI, Research Scientist, Corpus, and ETL. With his expertise and experience, he is well-equipped to take on challenging roles in the software engineering domain.
