Chinmay Shah is an accomplished engineer with a passion for solving complex problems that can have a significant impact. He strongly believes that technology can be leveraged to solve cross-domain problems and is committed to making a difference in the world. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and CTO at Arrowhead, where he is responsible for driving innovation and leading the company's technology strategy. In addition to his day job, Chinmay is an active contributor to the open-source community, primarily working with OpenMined. He leads the Differential Privacy team, working on projects like PyDP and PipelineDP. He is also an avid writer and shares his thoughts on technology and innovation through his Medium blog and newsletter. Chinmay has a strong educational background and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from NMIMS. He also has a high school diploma from Ryan International School, Sanpada. With over 3 years of relevant experience, Chinmay has honed his skills as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, DevOps, and Backend developer. Prior to founding Arrowhead, Chinmay was a Founder in Residence at Antler, where he worked on building startups from scratch. He has also worked as a Software Developer Engineer 2 at Gromo, where he was responsible for analytics, DevOps, and backend development.
