Chinmoy Debnath is a seasoned Front End Developer with over 10 years of experience in web development. He has worked with multiple early-stage startups and has specialized in developing products from scratch. Chinmoy has a strong technical skill set that includes React, Redux, Javascript, Typescript, ClojureScript, CSS, SASS, and Webpack. Chinmoy has extensive experience in working on a wide range of products, including web aggregators for travel, healthcare, education, ad tech, and data security. He is also proficient in cross-collaboration across teams, including UI, UX, Product, and Support. Chinmoy is known for his agility in problem-solving and his ability to adapt to rapidly changing startup environments. Chinmoy has a passion for mentoring and has experience in creating frontend developers through self-learning and handholding. He is currently a Senior Software Developer II at deepintent, where he has collaborated with the UX team to build multiple products, including MMP, Planner, and Accounts Manager. Chinmoy has also worked on a shortened product development cycle, resulting in a boost in company revenue. He has built a Client site library for PII module and mentored team members as frontend developers. In the past, Chinmoy has worked as a Frontend Developer at deepintent, where he moved an existing product from Angular to React and built an internal component library. He was also involved in building the UI team from 3 to 10 members. Chinmoy has also worked as a Lead Frontend Developer (Freelance) at Medcords, where he ideated, developed, and architected the Medcords Doctor portal UI from scratch.
