Chintan Gotecha is a seasoned data scientist with over 6 years of experience in the field of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. He is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at Prodigal where he is responsible for developing and implementing various machine learning models. Chintan has a strong background in statistical learning theory and cognitive computation, which he leverages to analyze unstructured text data statistically and evaluate symbolic vs statistical solutions. He is also experienced in processing huge amounts of text documents, fine-tuning transformer-based models, and training custom sentence, word, and chunk embedding models. Prior to his current role, Chintan worked as a Lead Researcher at icertis, where he was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the role of causal-effect relations on domain-specific text chunks. He also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Persistent Systems, where he analyzed the data of millions of wholesale customers and developed anomaly detection models using state-of-art algorithms. Chintan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from UPES.
