Chiraag Kakar is a passionate problem solver with a curious mind. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Coda Payments, he has gained hands-on experience in various technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Typescript, MongoDB, DevOps, and NodeJS. With relevant experience of 0.77 years, he has worked previously as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Hyperverge Inc. and as a Software Consultant at Sequoia Capital. At Hyperverge Inc., Chiraag worked in the DevOps team and gained practical exposure to Cloud Native technologies. He published terraform modules, configured & deployed CI runners on AWS, and handled deployment to multiple ASGs. He also worked on automation in the MasterDB team on a reconciliation project to migrate services from OnPrem to Cloud. During his tenure, he gained practical exposure to NodeJs, MongoDB, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, and Gitlab CI. At Sequoia Capital, Chiraag developed UI for mobile/web applications using Flutter and used GetX for state management. He wrote tests for Profile, Support services for Pathfinder API, and increased test coverage for some of the services. He also gained practical exposure to FastAPI, Github Actions, and Postgres. Chiraag holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, AWS, Terraform, Typescript, MongoDB, DevOps, NodeJS, test, Postgres, Mobile, ui, Web, and Flutter.
