Chirag Bhalla is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in the internet industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Google, where he is responsible for designing and developing software solutions using Java, PHP, HTML, Python, and Linux. Chirag is a skilled engineer with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Prior to joining Google, Chirag worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where he was responsible for designing and launching technical products for various business scenarios. He developed and launched a product for providing approval business workflow as a service, which was adopted by multiple clients. Chirag also led a team of multiple SDEs for developing a confidential product to prepare Amazon for its RTO program under extreme deadlines. He received recognition from the Director and VP for his exceptional work. Chirag has extensive experience in architecting and developing workflow systems for deprecating legacy platforms. He architected the Invoice Approval Workflow systems for deprecating the legacy OFA platform in Corporate Invoicing System, which handles 100K new approval requests every month. Chirag also led the design and execution of all new requirements in the Payee Central domain related to payee account management or system tackling concerns related to banking data collection. Chirag is a mentor and guide to junior engineers. He was the first developer in the team in Gurgaon office and helped hire/onboard approximately 20 others. Chirag has a strong technical background and has worked on various team projects, guiding in designs and mentoring junior engineers.
