Chirag Bhattad is a Senior Data Scientist at Anheuser-Busch InBev, a global beverage company. He is an IIT Madras graduate with a keen interest in Data Science and ML-powered products. With almost 4 years of relevant experience, Chirag has worked on a variety of projects in the Global People Analytics team at AB InBev. In his current role, Chirag is leading and working on data-backed optimization of the rewards and benefits package offered to employees within the company using Conjoint studies. He is also building global solutions leveraging Microsoft Workplace Analytics to solve problems like work-life balance, collaboration overload, and tracking agility. Previously, as a Data Scientist in the Global People Analytics team, Chirag has worked on a range of projects, including data-backed optimization of rewards and benefits offered post-Covid, developing data-backed reports to identify and bridge gaps relating to diversity and inclusion in the company, leveraging performance and peer comparison to predict turnover risk of employees, and using Microsoft meta-data to identify areas of concern and build solutions to solve them. Chirag has also worked as an Associate Data Scientist in the same team, where he built and scaled an Employee Management product by bringing together internal people data into a single product and operationalizing Nudges. He also screened job applications for GMT and GMBA roles by building a global recruitment profiler. Chirag's education background includes a Master's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from IIT Madras and a High School Degree in Science with Computer Science from Maharishi Vidya Mandir. He has a diverse tech stack, including expertise in Data Science, Research Science, ML, Python, Computer Vision, C, Neural Networks, Bitcoin, Blockchain, Javascript, SQL, Sentiment Analysis, Solidity, Hyperparameter, Deep Learning, Tensorflow, and Web.
