Chirag Boonlia is a seasoned digital transformation catalyst, entrepreneur, mentor, and leader with a flair for engineering, technology, and business acumen. With over 19 years of experience in various roles and responsibilities in business transformation initiatives transcending across multiple domains, multiple technologies, and organizations ranging from established to institutional backed startups, Chirag is on a mission to challenge the status-quo and create a new paradigm. Chirag has extensive exposure in domains such as commercial real estate & REIT, residential, hospitality, co-living, facility management, co-working/flexible space, shopping centers (malls), food courts, hotels, restaurants, clubs, cloud kitchens, grocery retail, distribution centers, warehouse management, steel, and information technology (Oracle). He has core technology exposure to Oracle ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, Yardi, Oracle CRM, Siebel CRM, Oracle Retail, Infor WMS, Salesforce, LeadSquared, WINHMS, low code/no code platforms, artificial intelligence applications, Power BI & Business Intelligence, facility management systems & conversational bots. Chirag has worked with Infosys, Oracle, JSW, Aditya Birla Retail, Virtuous Retail South Asia PTE, and Embassy Group. Currently, he is the Group CTO at Embassy Group, where he is providing leadership & strategic technology vision for 2-5 years for a multi-disciplinary IT & systems transcending across commercial real estate, residential, facility & property management, co-living, co-working, industrial parks & restaurants, clubs, cloud kitchen, food courts. He is responsible for chalking out the roadmap & vision for digital strategy & transformation for supporting business planning. Chirag is a speaker and has a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He holds an MBA in IT & System from IBS and a BE in Mechanical from Dibrugarh University. He also completed his 12th from Delhi Public School, Ranchi, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya and St. Xaviers, Hazaribagh. His tech stack includes senior software engineer, infra, Salesforce, and research scientist.
