Chirag Makhija is a highly driven Product Manager with a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. With a degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, he has a strong background in both technology and business. Currently working as a Product Manager at Byju's, India's most valued startup, Chirag has led the development and launch of multiple 0-to-1 features that have driven retention, cross-selling, and up-selling. Prior to this, he co-founded workerhub.in, a platform that secured employment opportunities for migrant laborers affected during the Covid lockdown in '20. Chirag's passion for product management and technology is evident in his co-founding of the Product Management & Technology Club at IIM Calcutta, which won the highest-rated curricular club by the student body. He is also a Product Speaker & Mentor, having worked with companies such as AthenaSquare and MBA Prep Mentor- MyPrepZone. With a relevant experience of 2.86 years, Chirag has a strong understanding of the product development process and has expertise in software engineering, testing, and Scala. He is a go-getter who is always looking for opportunities to leave his mark on the products he works on.
