Chirag Sharma is a Senior SDET at Empuls - XOXODAY with over 5 years of experience in SaaS products. He started his career as a Full Stack Developer and has a keen interest in Web & API Automation. Chirag has extensive experience in functional & non-functional testing, software architecture testing, and agile testing. He has hands-on experience in manual testing for web, apps (Android & iOS), and APIs, as well as automation testing for web and APIs. He is well-versed in Java and SQL and has worked with tools such as Selenium, Jmeter, Postman, Jenkins, and Workbench. Currently, Chirag is part of Xoxoday’s development team, working for Empuls, a SaaS product used by over 500 corporates globally to reward their employees & partners in a digital gamified manner, through workflow automation, social appreciation & has an integrated e-commerce marketplace. In his role, he is responsible for doing functional and load testing of APIs, writing an automation script for the web, and updating the same when required, performing manual testing for web, apps (Android & iOS) & APIs, and working on software architecture testing. Chirag has previously worked as a Software Engineer at FamousEnuf, a mobile-first crowd-sourced word of mouth advertising platform funded by Facebook FbStart Program. He has also worked as a Software Engineer at Xoxoday, where he developed several micro websites for major corporate houses like Axis Bank and Infosys. Chirag holds a Master's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from SRM University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Modi Institute of Management and Technology. He also completed his 12th grade in Commerce with Information Practice from Modi Public School.
