Chitender Kumar is a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in cloud, Kubernetes, automation, monitoring, operations, and Linux. He has a proven track record of collaborating with client teams to design and develop solutions to complex problems or opportunities. Chitender has strong technical skills and has gained important skills such as client engagement and team management. Currently, Chitender is working as a Staff Engineer SRE at Innovaccer, where he is responsible for building software to help operations and support teams, fixing support escalation issues, optimizing on-call rotations and processes, documenting tribal knowledge, and conducting post-incident reviews. He has also worked as a Lead SRE at Innovaccer and an SDE II at Atlan, where he was responsible for adopting DevOps approaches, breaking out of rigid, traditional ways of working, and moving to a more customer-focused and agile approach. Chitender has carried out various short term and long term projects regarding setting up CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability assessments, compliance certification like HIPA, PCI-CSS, creating deployment scripts for SAAS/PAAS products to ease the deployments for customer in order to achieve one click deployment. He has designed, implemented and supported an integration solution between applications to share data and worked very closely with Project Teams including IT architects, Operational Architects to ensure the solution was compatible and a long-term fit for the company. Chitender has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same institute. He completed his Intermediate education in Science from AES Sr Sec School.
