Chitrangada Patra is a self-driven and creative Product Manager with over 4+ years of experience in Product Management and Data Analytics. She is currently working as a Product Manager at Zeta, where she is responsible for building and managing new products. Chitrangada has a proven track record of solving complex KYC needs of the BFSI industry. Chitrangada has also worked as a Sr. UX-UI Designer at Signzy, where she led the product in Generic Onboarding Solution (Digital Transformation tool for Onboarding). She designed the complete product flow, UX-UI, and worked as a lead for the complete implementation for the Out-of-the-box Solution, with AI-based Rule Engine that allows clients to create, update, implement and maintain end-to-end digital onboarding journeys across jurisdictions and business functions. This resulted in a significant reduction of Onboarding TAT and Costs (up to 70%). Chitrangada has also designed an AutoMl framework where users can annotate, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models without using code. Chitrangada holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Science and Technology, Odisha.
