Chris Manson is an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a focus on Javascript. He is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at simplabs gmbh and is a member of the Ember Core Learning team. He has a strong passion for EmberJS and has created several projects using this technology, including the Ember-based JAM Stack project Empress and the Open Source login-as-a-service platform Authmaker. Chris has a diverse background in software development, having worked with various technologies such as NodeJS, Kubernetes, Docker, JSON:API, ExpressJS, MongoDB, PHP, and MySQL. He has also founded his own company, Authmaker, which provides simple tools for building full-stack SaaS applications with secure authentication and payment processing. In his previous role as a Consultant Software Developer at Sport and Social Group, Chris was responsible for updating the overall application to an Ember app and modernizing the infrastructure using Chef to deploy into Google Cloud Platform. He also developed a Node backend and built the start of the Ember app for the admin interface. Chris holds a B.A. (Mod) in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and has over 14 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering. He is a passionate and dedicated developer who is always looking for new and innovative ways to solve problems and improve his skills.
