Chuck Tomasi is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He is currently serving as a Sr. Developer Advocate at ServiceNow, one of the fastest-growing cloud companies that empowers its employees to solve real problems. Chuck is passionate about his work and is always willing to learn and share his knowledge with others. As a Sr. Developer Advocate, Chuck's responsibilities include being a spokesperson, mediator, and translator between the company and its technical staff and outside developers. He gets developers excited about the Now Platform by pointing out the benefits of the platform on an eye-to-eye level. Chuck has worked with global teams and has led small to medium (<1MM) scale projects. He leverages industry best practices, creates lean processes, and provides his customers with the best service and solutions possible. Chuck's experience in new media and two published books enables him to create professional print, audio, or video productions to maximize technology/process adoption and effectiveness. Chuck's past experience includes serving as a Sr. TPMM, Now Platform, where he was responsible for technical product content creation for ServiceNow no-code to pro developers. He also led the platform demo strategy and created innovative solutions to convey the value of the platform. As a Platform Architect, Chuck drove customer value by evangelizing and demonstrating ServiceNow as an application development platform and created enablement content for field Solution Consultants. Chuck holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Northern Michigan University, where he studied from 1983 to 1987. He is skilled in Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineering and has relevant experience of 35.88 years.
