Chukwuemeka Ndukwe, also known as Emeka, is a highly skilled computer engineer, Google Certified Project Manager, and tech entrepreneur with a passion for building software products that contribute to financial inclusion for middle-income earners and working-class people in West Africa. With over six years of relevant experience, Emeka brings a unique perspective to projects and product development, making him a valuable asset to any team. Currently serving as a Venture Fellow at Laconia Ventures, Emeka is helping to build products that enable middle-income earners to afford their first homes, even when they have little to no formal credit history. Laconia Ventures is a full-service venture firm that leads investments in seed-stage B2B companies that make existing markets and workflows more efficient. Emeka's role at Laconia Ventures involves sales acceleration, operational execution, and capital strategy, which are crucial elements in the early days of any startup. Emeka's passion for entrepreneurship is evident in his past experiences. As a co-founder of H28, he was involved in supporting founders with sales acceleration, operational execution, and capital strategy. He also served as a Startup Portfolio Manager at Starta VC, where he helped outstanding young entrepreneurs from all over the world connect with each other and with the Berlin startup scene. Emeka holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria. He also has a Diploma in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa and a Business degree from Startup School Online.
