Cijo George is a highly skilled Machine Learning Manager with over a decade of experience in engineering, research, and leadership roles across Data Science/Machine Learning and Platform Engineering. Currently, he is a part of the Machine Learning team at Observe.AI, where he is responsible for managing the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms. Cijo has a proven track record of building and scaling core AI capabilities. In his previous role as Head of Platform & AI at Belong.co, he led the Platform & AI team, where he successfully built and scaled Belong's core AI capabilities. He was also a Lead Data Scientist at Belong.co, where he was responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Before joining Belong.co, Cijo was part of the Advanced Technology Group at NetApp, where he explored and pioneered the use of Data Science/Machine Learning approaches for tackling Systems' challenges. He has a Master of Science degree in High-Performance Computing from the Indian Institute of Science (IISC) and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Cochin University. Cijo is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in ML, AI, Data Science, and Research Science. He is passionate about using data to drive business decisions and has a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the field.
