With a deep technical background and strong leadership skills, he has excelled in various domains such as Ecommerce, Media, Healthcare, Biometrics, Digital Identity, Finance, and Internet-based systems. CJ has efficiently managed global teams in various domains and has experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, VP, Director, Software Development Manager, Technical Manager, Team Lead, and Lead Engineer. He has a real-world experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies such as Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall across small and large-scale projects. CJ's strengths lie in managing large organizations ranging from 150-400+ size and smaller delivery teams of 25-50. He is experienced in creating and executing strategies and visions, architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering small and large-scale projects that are secure and scalable in a fast-paced and delivery-focused environment while leveraging current technologies. Currently, CJ is heading up Engineering at Anchorage Digital, a regulated crypto platform that provides institutions with integrated financial services and infrastructure solutions. With the first federally chartered crypto bank in the US, Anchorage offers institutions an unparalleled combination of secure custody, regulatory compliance, product breadth, and client service. In the past, CJ has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Clear (clearme.com) and Head of Technology at Zocdoc, a digital marketplace for finding in-network doctors. CJ holds a Mini MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, an MSE in Telecommunications and Networks from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
