Claudiu Andrei is a highly experienced Front End Engineer with a passion for building amazing products that make people's lives better. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Claudiu has developed a broad set of skills that make him a valuable asset to any team. He is a Lead Engineer and Architect with a good background in Product, UX Design, and Management, which gives him a unique creative perspective. Claudiu is currently working at Meta as a Front End Engineer, where he is responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces. He has previously worked at DocuSign as a Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer, where he was responsible for driving the client architecture of the main product and leading the engineering team of EasySign, respectively. Claudiu has also worked with Directors and Senior Managers to improve their processes, performance, and code quality. Claudiu's achievements at DocuSign include helping most of the company move to a React/Redux/Saga stack through coaching and working with the teams to create best patterns, knowledge, and tools. He also created their caching and data management system, which allowed them to increase the speed of their UI, simplify/improve the application architecture, and reduce the load on their most expensive API endpoints several times. Claudiu reduced their deployment times from hours to a few minutes by creating a new deployment strategy and application loading architecture. He also helped standardize and optimize their internationalization (translation) tooling. Claudiu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computational Economics from Universitatea din Craiova, which he completed in 2004. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Frontend, Senior Software Engineer, designer, Redux, ui, Software Engineer, and test.
