Clement Hoang is an experienced software engineer with a passion for navigating ambiguity and driving high-profile projects. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has played the tech lead role for various projects, ranging from data pipelines to consumer products. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Airtable, he has also worked with Credit Karma and Facebook in the past. Clement is known for his ability to champion engineering efficiency and code quality by identifying technical debt early, raising awareness about it, and mitigating it. He is also a mentor who has run engineering bootcamps, mentored interns, trained new hires, and conducted team knowledge shares.
