Clémence MARTIN is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with over 7 years of experience in customer care management, business development, and account management. She is currently working as a User Ecosystem Manager at Brigad, where she is responsible for creating a specific environment for the users, offering them the best experience with Brigad, and retaining them on the long term. Her role involves primary research, working with the product, creating a community, allowing self-improvement of users, negotiation of partnerships, communication, development of the "experience" strategy, and management of one person. Prior to her current role, Clémence worked as a Customer Care Manager at Brigad, where she managed the customer care team, was in charge of the communication with all the different users of the service, managed the matching between the businesses and the Brigaders, and found ways of improvement of the Brigad's product/service. She was also responsible for the relationship with all the Brigaders once they already worked with Brigad and making sure that the Brigaders followed the Brigad's principles and that the businesses were always satisfied. Clémence has also worked as a Business Development Manager and Account Manager at Take Eat Easy, where she was responsible for prospection, business development, management, relation and exclusivity, promotion, communication, results management, and jobs management. She also managed new cities opening, work organization, time management, and colleague formation. Clémence holds a Master 2 degree in Msc International Business from Skema Business School, Campus de Suzhou, Chine, and a Coach Professionel degree from Institut de Coaching International de Genève. She also has experience in research scientist and search. Clémence is currently in the process of transitioning into life coaching and is enrolled in the International Coaching Institute.
